ORDERS

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation with my order?

A: Yes you will receive an order confirmation via the email in which you used to placed the order

Q: What if I do not receive a confirmation?

A: If you do not receive a confirmation please wait at least 30 mins if you have not received it still. Please use the contact form on the contact me page. I will look for your order and send you the confirmation manually

Q: What if a product is out of stock? Can I still purchase it?

A: Yes, you can still place an order. The order will be sent to production once the materials are back in stock. You will receive an update once the item you purchased is back in stock.

SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take to receive my item?

A:  Please allow at least 4 days for production time. Once it is produced it typically takes 3-5 business days to ship

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: At the moment there is no option for free shipping. I do look forward to offering this some day

​

Q: Will I receive a confirmation when my item ships?

A: Yes, you will receive an confirmation with a tracking number to the email you used to place the order

​

Q: My order says that the item was delivered but I never received it? 

A: Please contact me using the contact me form. Please provide your order number and the date you placed the order along with the item(s) you ordered. I will look into seeing where the order may be. Sometimes the post office will not deliver for various reasons.

Q: What if my order got lost in the mail?

A: If your order was determined to be lost in the mail please contact me using the contact me form. Please provide your order number, the date you placed the order and the item(s) you ordered. You can either receive a full refund or I can order and ship out a replacement order for you.

Q: I placed an order but then realized that I put the wrong shipping address in. What can I do?

A: Please contact me using the contact me form. Please provide your order number, the date you placed the order and the item(s) you ordered. Orders are placed through Printify. I will do my best to work with the Printify team to resolve the issue. PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I can get a new order made you will just have to provide me with the right address

RETURN POLICY

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: All orders are created by third-party production companies through Printify. Unfortunately, Printify does not have a way to offer returns at this time, however, I may be able to offer you a solution. Depending on the nature of the situation I can work with you to either give you a partial refund, full refund or exchange your item for another item of equal or lessor value

 

Q: Printify does not offer returns got it but do you yourself offer returns?

A: Yes, in fact I do offer returns in certain circumstances. Just contact me with all of your order iinformation and I can see what I can do

 

Q: What if I receive my order and I don't like it or it does not fit?

A: If you are not fully satisfied with your order please contact me with all of your order information. If you ordered the wrong size I can setup a way for you to ship it back to me. You may have to pay the return shipping cost. It all depends on the situation; I am willing to work with you to find a solution.
